1. What exactly is covered in minimum visiting charges?

Minimum visiting charges includes the inspection where the professional will understand your problem, find out the root cause and recommends the solution. However, after inspection, the professionals will let you know the estimated time and charges for recommended solution. And you can decide whether you want us to go ahead with the home services or not.

However, the minimum charges will be applicable on a visit.

2. Do you accept Cash or UPI after rendering the services at my property?

Yes, we do accept both the payment modes. And you can pay after availing all the services.

 

3. At what all locations, are your home services available in Jaipur?

We provide our services at all the locations in Jaipur.

 

4. What is the cancellation policy?

If the client has made advance payment but then wants to cancel it because of unavoidable conditions then the refund will be made as per the following:

If the service is cancelled before 48 hrs of the scheduled start date (10AM), then 100 % of the amount will be refunded.

If the service is cancelled within 48 hrs of the scheduled start date (10AM), then only 25% of the amount will be refunded.

You can simply book your desired home service through our website. Fill the booking form with all the details and your booking will be scheduled.

 

7. What all safety measures are taken by One click regarding the COVID situation?

We have taken all the safety measures keeping in mind the pandemic situation.

 

The professionals have to confirm their risk status on Aarogya Setu App before they accept any kind of home services given by One Click.

In addition to that, they have been given training on how to perform a service i.e.

  1. Wear mask and PPE kit and keep on sanitizing all the tools while performing the services

  2. Getting regular temperature check done by One click

  3. Taking self-precautions and necessary measures
